Civil Associates, Inc. (CAI) is a Texas Corporation providing professional consulting services in the areas of project management, planning, environmental, civil engineering, and design. CAI associates’ experience is diverse, including public facilities, transportation, and infrastructure. The firm was established in 2003 and has a current staff level of 23.

CAI has professionals with extensive experience in the planning, design, management, and implementation of transportation and public infrastructure projects. CAI is registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers to perform engineering services within the State of Texas.
